Shipping Terms
Orders usually dispatch from Germany within one week. For shipping within Europe, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery from date of shipment. For deliveries outside the Eurozone 5-14 working days.
Payment Options
We offer multiple payment services at checkout: Credit Card (Mastercard Visa, Maestro) Apple Pay and Google Pay in cooperation with Shopify Payments. Additionally, we offer PayPal and Paypal Express.
You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device by following the verification steps. You can pay with Google Pay as part of the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device by following the verification steps. You can pay with PayPal as part of the order process. To do so, 1. select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout. 2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment. 3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal. 4. You will then be redirected back to us (shop.billyandhells.com).
Packaging
The Artworks will be packed in heavy duty square tubes. Editions will be packed flat. We make sure all artwork is wrapped thoroughly and safe for shipping.
Postage
Postage is calculated prior to payment at the checkout and varies depending on the contents of your order and the destination of the delivery. Shipping will be executed with DHL or FedEx, a tracking number will be provided.
Import Duties / Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Copyright
When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with Billy & Hells. You may not rework or reproduce the image without written consent of Billy & Hells.
Return
You can find the legal text on returns under refund policy
We cannot legally exclude the return of posters and magazines, but we ask our buyers not to return them if the product has a slight crease. We sell the posters and magazines at cost price and not as a work of art.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. All shippings are insured.
